Bradley Tyers

Director, MAiD IP Holdings Limited

An entrepreneur and inventor with over 30 years of experience in a wide range of business sectors, having extensive experience in business sectors including the marine industry, mining industry, corporate management, sales and marketing.

Experience includes commercial marine vessel operation and autonomous plant and process control systems. Highly experienced with corporate managerial skills overseeing business negotiations, product design and installation, staff management, sales and product training with focus on new products, market entry and business development.

Excels at strategic sales planning and creating sales business strategies to develop new customer sales with focus on new product launching. Background in Accounts, Project and Technical Process Management as well as experience within the marine industry represent a unique combination of disciplines.

Stephen Rice

Non-Executive Chairman, MAiD IP Holdings Limited

Stephen is an entrepreneur and business strategist with significant experience in commercialization, innovation, emerging and disruptive technologies.

In partnership with 2 colleagues in 2016, Stephen founded the business and corporate advisory firm, x10 Partners, which assists technology companies with global growth potential to help maximize their enterprise value and journey them to the public capital markets.

Prior to x10 Partners, Stephen was the corporate and strategic advisor to the founders of Spookfish, a technology disruptor in the aerial imagery space and became the inaugural Chairman of the private company. Stephen facilitated the backdoor listing and RTO of Whitestar Resources and was appointed the inaugural CEO of Spookfish Limited following its listing on the ASX.

As well as the Chairman of MAiD IP Holdings, Stephen is also Chair of Golf Property Limited, a digital platform that links buyers, sellers, and renters of golf property, worldwide. Stephen is also an Expert Network member of the Accelerating Commercialization panel, part of the Australian Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Infrastructure Program.

Maxwell Tyers

Director, MAiD IP Holdings Limited

An entrepreneur, inventor and developer with a strong mechanical background and over 40 years of experience in corporate, marketing, sales and leadership roles. Held executive general management positions in the USA and Australia, controlling marketing, accounting, administration, and services divisions.

Has a commercially (US$100m+ revenues per annum) successful record of corporate accomplishment in the USA. Instrumental in the successful formation of several automotive Dealerships, both in Australia and the USA with most expertise prior to joining Lexus USA being the formation of new or newly acquired companies. Each company was established with efficient corporate structures and strong marketing principles resulting in very successful enterprises.

Led the performance, testing and design of FRP marine vessels as a driver of competitive marine power boat racing and acquired extensive knowledge in Marine Industry Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic Technologies and vessel design.
